This Fellowship is for young specialists, aged between 21 to 35 years old, from across the earth who want to get deep first-hand experience of operating in one of India’s most famous and vibrant social business destinations, Bangalore.

Fellows take a sector of their choice such as:

to hold their full-time employment with an organisation for six months in India.

The program committed to supporting fellows present the transformation to social work practitioners by providing immersive learning abilities and having them ideate, produce, prototype and test solutions in an atmosphere that fosters co-creation and collaboration, all while also acquiring from peers, resident instructors and sector experts.

IDEX Fellowship Eligibility Criteria

IDEX is soliciting young professionals (aged between 21-35 years) who have a verified track history of leadership and are endeavouring to use their knowledge and skills to speak social and economic difficulties for under-served groups. IDEX Fellows come from a wide variety of educational and expert backgrounds, as each fellowship position demands different specific abilities. Ideal applicants will hold:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of working background
  • Documented track record of administration responsibilities
  • Enthusiasm and desire to work or study about emerging businesses and use social business principles to solve global concerns
  • A capability to quickly readjust and work in resource-constrained conditions
  • Willingness to engage in an intensive professional development event while applying imaginative solutions to deepen the impression
